Recruiter Consultant

Hiring for a Recruiter for Non IT Recruitment, Min 1 Yr of Exp required.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Understand different job requirements and identify relevant profiles
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities

Who Were Looking For: Good communication skills Strong interest in HR & Recruitment Confident and proactive attitude Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment Good follow-up and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred
