Recruiter Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for senior leadership positions through headhunting, lateral hiring, and niche hiring techniques.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with client requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-4 years of experience in non IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the Indian market and ability to source candidates from diverse sources (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
• Proven track record of successful lateral hires at senior levels.
