Recruiter Consultant- 360 Degree

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Handle hiring mandates across Manufacturing, Engineering, Software/IT, with the flexibility to work across diverse industries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless stakeholder management.
• Source candidates through multiple platforms beyond Naukri, including LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely delivery against client requirements.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to Business Development activities
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Location: Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore

Work Mode:

• Pune: Remote (Work from Home)
• Mumbai & Bangalore: Candidates should be flexible to work from the office if required.
