Recruiter - BPO Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our HR team and support recruitment for BPO operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing ability, and the drive to close positions within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for BPO positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably BPO/volume hiring
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and interview processes
• Experience with candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously continuously
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
