Recruitement Specialist - Non IT Hiring

• Source top talent for non-IT roles through headhunting, screening, and other sourcing methods to meet business requirements.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment from job posting to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
