Recovery ( VDNB ) Telecaller

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have completed site visits but have not booked.
• Understand customer concerns, objections, and reasons for non-booking.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, offers, availability, approvals, amenities, and project updates.
• Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
• Schedule revisit appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Conduct timely follow-ups as per the defined follow-up matrix.
• Update customer interactions, remarks, and follow-up status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers for closure support.
• Escalate high-potential leads requiring management intervention.
• Achieve monthly booking conversion targets.
• Ensure complete compliance with company calling processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Any Graduate (Preferred)
• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) may also apply with relevant experience.

Experience

• 13 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Real Estate CRM.
• Experience in Real Estate follow-up calling is highly preferred.
