Recovery Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Investor payment follow-ups
• Recovery of outstanding payments
• Handling investor queries and objections
• Payment negotiation and commitment management
• Payment reminders and communication
• Coordination with internal departments
• Collection reporting and target achievement

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in real estate collection, credit collection, debt recovery, or related payment recovery field .
• Strong follow-up and Recovery Skills
• Target-oriented and revenue-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls or emails.
