Recovery Agents/ Collections Agent - DRA Certified

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of delayed payments.
• Conduct field visits to recover outstanding amounts from customers.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• DRA certification is mandatory.
• Experience working with FF & Bucket 1 team is required.
• Strong knowledge of personal loans and collections processes is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.
