Recovery Agents/ Collections Agent - DRA Certified

We are looking for candidates with FF & Bucket 1 team experience only, specifically in Personal Loans. The ideal candidate should be DRA Certified and have a strong background in recovery and collections.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• DRA Certified with experience in recovery and collections.
• Strong knowledge of personal loans and collections processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with FF & Bucket 1 team is mandatory.
