Records & Store Manager Trainee

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly
• Coordinate with internal team for record inventory, merchandising, and stock movement
• Manage sales, billing, orders, dispatches, and customer enquiries
• Handle customer enquiries & orders
• Support listening sessions, events, and community activities
• Maintain store presentation, organisation, and overall customer experience
