Job Summary

We are looking for experienced R2R (Record to Report) professionals with strong expertise in Oracle ERP and end-to-end general accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in month-end close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, asset accounting, and intercompany accounting within a Shared Services or GBS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting policies.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Manage fixed asset accounting activities, including capitalization and depreciation.
• Handle intercompany accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3 to 9 years of relevant R2R/Record-to-Report experience.
• Experience working in Shared Services, SSC, or GBS organizations.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Month-End Closing
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Journal Entries
• Asset Accounting
• Intercompany Accounting
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (Mandatory).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.

Educational Qualification

CA Requirement

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Non-CA Requirement

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CMA (ICWA) / CA Inter 

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to BlackLine is an added advantage.
• Experience with SAP ERP is good to have but not mandatory.
