Record To Report Team Manager - Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and month end reporting.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in ERP system (PeopleSoft).
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to record-to-report processes.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Identify areas for improvement in record-to-report processes and implement changes as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in Record To Report R2R role with expertise in Journal Entries, Month End Closing, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
  
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft ERP system.
