URGENT HIRING BPO | FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

We are hiring experienced professionals for multiple positions in Finance & Accounting R2R (Record to Report).

Candidates with relevant R2R / General Ledger / Accounting experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Office Only

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Qualification: B.Com – Mandatory

Experience: 2–10 Years in R2R, depending on the position

• Senior Accountant
• SME – Subject Matter Expert
• Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates should have relevant experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes, including:

• General Ledger accounting and accounting activities
• Journal entries and month-end closing
• Account reconciliations and balance sheet activities
• Preparation and review of financial reports
• Intercompany accounting and related transactions
• Handling month-end / year-end closing activities
• Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies
• Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned processes

Role-wise Experience

Accountant: 2+ years of relevant R2R experience

Senior Accountant: 3- 5 yrs Relevant R2R experience with strong accounting knowledge

SME: Team mentioning and supervising role- Strong R2R process knowledge with process-handling / mentoring experience
Team Lead: Minimum 8 yrs Relevant R2R experience with team handling and process management exposure is must
