Record To Report Team Lead - Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations, month end reporting, and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with SAP systems, including general ledger accounting, fixed assets management, and project accounting.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the RTR process.
  

• 5-7 years of experience in Record To Report R2R role or similar position.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
  
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets Management, Project Accounting.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
