Record To Report Specialist || Finance

Role Definition:

Frequent communication with stakeholders, collaborate with cross functions, application of deep

accounting knowledge on banking, AR, AP & other finance related activities, monitor Intercompany

loan & In house bank transactions and operations flow.

Job Description:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Understand EBS procedures and coordinate with IT in case of failure
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement to match SAP balance Vs Bank statement
• Develop knowledge repositories & necessary process documentation
• Daily follow up on open transactions for open item managed accounts
• Perform overdraft, I/C & IHB Loan, Bank & Shadow/Interim reconciliations in blackline
• Record manual journal entries, perform daily clearing, bank charges & interest postings.
• Prepare and maintain intercompany reconciliation reports, generate reports to demonstrate

the accuracy of intercompany balances

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by identifying the root cause of any differences in

intercompany records and take corrective action

• Perform pre-close for Intercompany Trading Partner Pair at Receivable Vs. Payable level
• Perform process deliverables with high quality and provide timely responses
• Support audit and reporting needs and provide documentation and information to support

internal and external audits and financial reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with AP, AR, IHB, Local finance & IT team for resolution
• Schedule calls and escalate on open issues to appropriate authority
• Functional mailbox management & provide timely dashboards to management for review

Job Qualifications:

Education Requirement:

• B.com/BBA finance or accounting background with 1 - 2 years full time experience of Record to Report (or) Order to Cash (or) Procure to pay accounting process knowledge.
• Good finance/accounting knowledge
• Good command over Ms. Excel & Power point
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be accurate and detail oriented
