Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close process, including reviewing work performed by team members and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  
• Coordinate with various teams (GL, AP, AR) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  
• Review journal entries, perform intercompany reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Ensure fixed asset accounting is accurate and up-to-date.
  
• Oversee record-to-report processes for multiple entities across different geographies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Record to Report function with expertise in SAP.
  
• Bachelor's degree in B.B.A. / B.M.S. or B.Com from a reputed institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of Intercompany Accounting, Intercompany Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting, Month End Reporting.
