What would you do

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Posting journal entries preparing balance sheet reconciliations reviewing entries and reconciliations preparing cash forecasting statement supporting month end closing preparing reports and supports in audits and invest banking
• Develop and deliver solutions to insurance companies that insure underwritten policies with other institutions in order to offset their risk exposure. What are we looking for
• Primary skill - Reinsurance - P1
• Education : Bachelor degree in Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics , Accounting
• Experience : Up to 6-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 4 years in R2R in insurance industry and 3+ years in Managerial role
• Strong command of UEP,IBNR & OSLR concepts along with claim cost forecasting
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data management tools Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead accounting for premiums, claims, reserves, reinsurance, and investment transactions.
• Review journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and provisions.
• Own month-end close governance and reporting. Manage stakeholder communications and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and control requirements.
• Drive standardization and automation opportunities.
• Lead a team and support performance management
• Drive issue resolution and stakeholder management.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Mentor team members and support knowledge management
