What would you do

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• boosting vendor compliance cutting savings erosion improving discount capture using preferred suppliers and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment Responsible for accounting of goods and services through requisitioning purchasing and receiving Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing implementing managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes policies and applications The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices managing purchase and non purchase orders and two way and three way matching of invoices

• ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing.
• Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as dynamic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts. What are we looking for
• Finance Processes
• US GAAP fixed asset accounting, including ASC 360, depreciation methodologies and capitalization principles
• Systems Knowledge (preferred)
• Exposure to Yardi ERP
• Industry Experience (preferred)
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Roles and Responsibilities:
• In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
• You will need to create solutions in situations which requires an in-depth analysis evaluation of variable factors
• This will require alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
• Your primary interaction will be with senior management at a client and or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
• Some latitude in decision-making is involved, you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• You will need to flag risks to clients and Accenture stakeholders and propose action plans where needed
• Record approved asset additions, transfers, reclassifications, depreciation, disposals and retirements accurately and on time.
• Prepare or review fixed asset roll-forwards, asset reports and subledger reconciliations; resolve or escalate breaks and aged items.
• Validate asset class, useful life, property code and supporting approvals before posting transactions.
• Maintain control and audit evidence, support standardization and monitor SLA and quality performance; specific KPI targets
