What would you do

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• The Record to Report team supports accurate period end financial reporting, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, controls and audit ready accounting across assigned entities and accounts.
• Posting journal entries preparing balance sheet reconciliations reviewing entries and reconciliations preparing cash forecasting statement supporting month end closing preparing reports and supports in audits
• Design and implement processes to track and study various expenses incurred for the production and sale of a product from raw materials purchases to transportation and inventory costs. What are we looking for
• Finance Processes
• End to end statutory and financial reporting, financial statement preparation, supporting schedules, data validation and reporting controls
• Variance and trend analysis, issue resolution, reporting governance and clear financial commentary
• Systems Knowledge (preferred)
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI or similar ERP, reporting and visualization tools
• Industry Experience (preferred)
• Experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) Roles and Responsibilities:
• In this role, you are required to analyze and solve lower complexity problems
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
• You may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management
• You will be given moderate level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
• Manage assigned statutory reporting activities and timelines, track completion, highlight risks and communicate issues that may affect reporting delivery.
• Prepare and review accurate financial reports, financial statements, supporting schedules and reconciliations with complete supporting evidence.
• Validate data across ERP and reporting systems, investigate variances or inconsistencies, and coordinate timely resolution with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
• Develop structured commentary on financial movements, risks and trends maintain audit ready reporting evidence; support governance reviews and contribute to reporting standardization, automation and continuous improvement specific KPI targets
• Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
