Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and general ledger accounting.
  
• Perform intercompany accounting tasks such as reconciliations and journal entries.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in ERP systems like SAP.
  
• Assist with month-end reporting processes by reviewing trial balances and preparing final reports.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve overall process efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) or similar role.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).
  
• Strong understanding of accountancy principles, including fixed assets, general ledger accounting, and intercompany accounting.
  
• Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP for record-to-report functions.
