Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely journal entries, general ledger accounting, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, month end reporting, and record to report (RTR) processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with SAP system requirements for efficient data processing.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve overall process efficiency.
  
• Develop strong understanding of company's financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide support during audits by providing necessary documentation and assistance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Month End Reporting & Journal Entries.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills.
