This is an entry-level position within the Accounting - Data Management Team, responsible for performing routine accounting data validations accurately and efficiently. The Associate works under close supervision, supporting the team by handling day-to-day transactional requests and assisting with process documentation and compliance adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately complete accounting data validation tasks in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in the resolution of queries raised by internal and external customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of transactions and process steps for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with trainers, consultants, and regional leadership to build process expertise.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing process learning.
Skills and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional email writing.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
