Reconciliation and Corporate Actions Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage corporate action processing, including event notification, data collection, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of corporate actions and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct quality control checks on processed transactions to identify errors or discrepancies.
• Provide support in resolving issues related to corporate actions and maintain open communication with stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in a back office operations role.
• Strong understanding of corporate actions, including events such as mergers, spin-offs, capital raisings etc. .
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
