Role & responsibilities

Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Number of Openings: 4

Location: Hyderabad, Hi-tech city, near shilparamam

Industry: Aesthetic & Cosmetic Clinic

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Reception / Front Office / Customer Service. Experience in healthcare, hospitality, beauty, or premium service industries will be preferred.

Languages Required: Telugu, English, Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle front desk operations and greet patients professionally.

- Manage the phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.

- Assist patients with basic information and guide them through the clinic process.

- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other clinic staff.

- Maintain patient records, appointments, and front-office documentation.

- Handle billing/payment coordination and basic administrative tasks.

- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries.

- Maintain a professional and welcoming clinic environment.

Candidate Profile:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

- Customer-focused and responsible.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

- Willingness to work on rotational shifts/weekends as required.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in premium clinics, hospitals, salons, aesthetic clinics, or hospitality.
