Job Summary

Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist. Location: Hyderabad. Company: Digital Nest. We are looking for a Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact at Digital Nest. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills to ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Maintain visitor logs and assist with administrative tasks
• Provide accurate information about the organization when required

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0-2 years of experience in front office / receptionist / customer-facing roles (hospitality background preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage)
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management tools

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles
• Individuals with a positive attitude and strong people-handling skills
