Receptionist

About the Role: We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier services and maintain records.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
• Assist with administrative and office support tasks as required.
• Maintain visitor logs
• Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day office operations.
• Travel bookings knowledge

Requirements:

• Graduate
• 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
