Key Responsibilities

• Patient Registration & Billing: Reviewing doctor prescriptions, generating test requisition slips, processing cash, card, or digital payments, and maintaining the daily cash transaction register.
• Patient Guidance: Checking patient readiness (e.g., fasting status) and guiding them to the correct rooms or floors for their diagnostic tests.
• Customer Support: Managing inbound and outbound phone calls, answering patient queries, and scheduling appointments.
• Report Coordination: Following up on test report statuses and safely dispatching reports to the correct parties
• Typing speed :15-20wpm
