Receptionist (only Female preferred)

We are looking for a well-groomed, punctual, proactive, and service-oriented individual who can manage reception responsibilities efficiently and create a positive first impression of the organization.

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Manage visitor registration and maintain visitor records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with visitor arrangements.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain records, documents, and other front-desk information.
• Coordinate office supplies and report any reception-related requirements.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive experience for visitors.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in reception, front-desk operations, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
