Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Assist Customers With Store Services, Directions, And Other Requirements.

Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer concerns.

Maintain a professional and pleasant front-desk environment.

Handle phone calls and customer requests efficiently.

Maintain visitor/customer records when required.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Support the team with day-to-day front-office activities.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks.

Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Hospitality, Retail, Hotel, Hospital, or Customer Service will be an advantage.
