Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, incoming calls, and customer enquiries.
• Assist customers and direct them to the appropriate sales team members.
• Handle visitor records, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Maintain professional etiquette and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, well-groomed, confident, and professionally presentable.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Odia will be an advantage.
• Good customer-handling skills and a pleasant, welcoming personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with front desk operations.
• Candidates currently residing in Bhubaneswar will be preferred.
• Must be available to join within 7 days.
• Salary offered: Up to 20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
