Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
  
• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  
• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  
• Address guest queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
  
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
  
• Maintain records, update guest information, and process billing.
  
• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  
• Handle incoming calls and route them to the concerned departments.
  

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
  
• Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in hospitality industry desirable.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems & MS Office.
  
• Good customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  
• Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
  
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
