Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Business Manager to lead operations, manage teams, and

drive diagnostic revenue. This is a target-based role focused on smooth operations and

business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Nurses, Phlebotomists, and Receptionists
• Drive daily diagnostic revenue by:
• Converting pharmacy customers through prescription checks
• Engaging customer database through calls
• Conducting hotspot activities
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to improve patient services
• Handle customer concerns, team management, and operational issues
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medicines and equipment
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2.6 years experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, or Nursing
