Receptionist And Telephone Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and maintain call records.
• Prepare and send daily call record reports to the Directors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier activities and coordinate with visitors.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing couriers in Excel.
• Prepare and circulate the daily work report of marketing personnel to the concerned departments.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing office boys in the designated register.
• Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain and update telephone directories and enter the details in Excel.
• Periodically update the autodial list and coordinate with the service provider for system updates.
• Coordinate and follow up with service/repair personnel for electronic equipment and telephone lines.
• Communicate with various departments through email regarding follow-ups and issues related to telephone lines.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update relevant records and documentation as required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.

Handling EPBAX system with 3-4 years of experience.

Good communication skill.

Computer literacy: Knowledge of MS-Office, e-mail, Internet etc.
