Responsibilities

- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling correspondence
- Keeping the reception area tidy, managing inventory, and ordering office supplies
- Monitoring visitor access, issuing visitor badges, and adhering to safety procedures
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing packages
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating calendars
