Real Estate Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers via calls, virtual meetings, and onsite visits to explain builder projects and generate sales.
• Handle qualified leads, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable property options.
• Schedule site visits and support customers throughout the sales journey.
• Negotiate and coordinate between clients and builders to close deals.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive referrals.
• Cross-sell NoBroker services based on customer needs.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, inventory, and demand.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification required is a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record of sales experience or a similar role in a sales environment.
• Real estate experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince, persuade, and handle objections effectively.
• Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Good locality understanding.
• Ability to work under a target driven role.
• Should have a vehicle of his or her own.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Working Days: 6 days (Saturday and Sunday working).
