Role Description The Real Estate Senior Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role involves advising clients on property options, conducting site visits, and presenting suitable projects in the primary real estate market. The Senior Sales Associate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, property recommendation, negotiations, and closing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with developers, and staying updated on local market trends and inventory. The role also includes preparing and presenting sales reports, ensuring documentation accuracy, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the transaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates should possess domain expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with solid knowledge of primary residential and investment markets.
• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License (where applicable) and familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, closing techniques, and target achievement.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in metro city real estate markets, fluency in English and local languages, proficiency with CRM tools, and a proven track record in senior or advanced real estate sales roles.
• A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North and collaborate effectively within a professional advisory team.
