Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates who are genuinely interested in building a career in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on potential customer leads.
- Handle client inquiries and explain real estate projects.
- Arrange property site visits and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and marketing teams for lead generation and sales closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in the CRM.
- Understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
