Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive end-to-end sales cycles and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Client Engagement: Handle high-net-worth individual (HNI) and non-resident Indian (NRI) prospects, conduct property tours, and manage site visits.
• Relationship Management: Build networks with channel partners (CPs), local brokers, and investors.
• Market Analysis: Monitor local Goa real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches.
• Sales Operations: Maintain CRM records, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation
