Sales Manager - Builder Project
Role & responsibilities :
To manage the project sales team, drive bookings and revenue, and achieve the assigned project sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the project sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly project sales targets.
- Generate and monitor leads for the project.
- Plan and monitor site visits, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Guide the team on project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Handle important customers and support the team in closing deals.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion, and team performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams.
- Track competitor projects, pricing, and market activities.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and timely sales reports.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop strategies to improve project sales and conversion.
