Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads, client meetings, and site visits.
• Ensure regular follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Handle customer negotiations and drive bookings.
• Monitor team performance, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Strong Coordination with the developer and clients.
• Ensure proper CRM updates and daily sales reporting.
• Achieve individual and team sales/revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, developer or mandate project
• Experience in Premium/Luxury Residential Sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong follow-up and conversion ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
• Candidates from Developer Sales, Channel Partner, Premium Residential, or Luxury Real Estate backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
