We are seeking an enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Intern to support our growing sales team in Wakad, Pune. Gain hands-on experience in property marketing, client management, lead generation, and end-to-end transactions while learning from top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client CRM Management: maintain databases, track pipelines, follow up with prospects
- Lead Generation: assist with cold calling, digital campaigns, networking, and inquiry handling
- Property Listings Marketing: draft descriptions, prepare brochures, schedule media shoots, manage social promotion
- Market Research CMAs: conduct research and pull Comparative Market Analysis reports
- Showings Events: assist organizing open houses, site visits, and walkthroughs
- Transaction Coordination: organize offer documents, disclosures, and closing checklists per local regulations
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate with strong communication and eagerness to learn real estate sales
- Basic understanding of CRM, MS Office, and social media
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle client follow-ups
- Ability to commute to Wakad, Pune
