Real Estate Sales Head

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new clients within assigned territory.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
• Liaise between customers and the company to provide updates on services, pricing, and new product launches.
• Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
• Increase business opportunities through multiple market channels.
• Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up.
• Assist the Sales Manager in daily operations, including strategy development to improve sales, handling customer complaints, and recruitment support.
• Delegate tasks to sales staff in the absence of the Sales Manager.
• Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff and monitoring team performance.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
• Perform all duties of the Sales Manager during absence or emergency.
