*Location:* Lucknow, UP | *Experience:* 0-3 Years | *Salary:* Fixed + High Incentives

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, references, site visits, and field marketing.

- Handle incoming enquiries and explain projects, pricing, and location benefits.

- Conduct site visits with clients and close sales.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Follow up with leads regularly via Call/WhatsApp.

- Maintain lead data in CRM / Excel sheet.

- Convert prospects into customers.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

- Participate in promotional activities, property expos and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:

- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills (Hindi & English)

- Presentable & Confident Personality

- Bike is mandatory for site visits

- Should be target-oriented and self-motivated

- Freshers with good communication can also apply

- Experience in Real Estate sales will be a plus
