Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

* Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.

* Present suitable residential and commercial real estate options to prospective clients.

* Arrange and conduct property/site visits with clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

* Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.
