Job Responsibilities

• Handle leads and generate sales through calls, meetings and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Stay updated on projects, market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• 6 Months 4 Years of experience in Real Estate / Property Sales preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and confident in customer handling.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
