Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience working directly with a builder (non-CP background). The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, conducting site visits, and driving end-to-end sales closures for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle direct sales for residential projects
• Attend walk-in clients and generate leads through various sources
• Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property solutions
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve monthly sales targets and closures
• Assist customers through booking, documentation, and agreement process
• Coordinate with CRM and internal teams for smooth processing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 14 years of experience in real estate sales with a builder
• Must have direct sales experience (Non-CP background only)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge of residential real estate market
• Ability to handle clients independently
• Immediate joiners preferred
