Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive role at Square Yards is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Executive will manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, and providing guidance throughout the transaction process. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable properties and services across Square Yards portfolio. The Real Estate Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams, update and maintain sales records, and meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The position requires regular market research, participation in promotional events, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant real estate credentials, such as a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate industry understanding, including local market trends, property valuation basics, and transaction processes.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, closing skills, and target-driven performance.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client engagement, responsiveness, and relationship management.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, track activities, and report sales performance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including flexibility for weekends and extended hours when required by client schedules or business needs.
