Roles and Responsibilities• Handle residential property enquiries from initial contact through site visit, negotiation and booking.• Contact assigned leads promptly and conduct consistent follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.• Understand client requirements and present suitable inventory, pricing and payment plans.• Schedule and conduct client site visits at the NHC ONE project in Dhayari.• Handle client objections, negotiate effectively and convert qualified prospects into bookings.• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and bookings in the CRM.• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.• Achieve monthly targets for site visits and residential bookings.Candidate Requirements• Minimum 2 years of residential real-estate sales experience is mandatory.• Candidates must have previously worked with a real-estate developer, builder or established property consultancy.• Experience in handling property enquiries, site visits, negotiations and sales closures is required.• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English are preferred.• Candidates must be comfortable working from the project site in Dhayari and working on weekends.Sourced from naukri
