Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, site visits, and referrals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends and project details.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience in real estate is preferred.
• Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
