Real Estate Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through calling, references, digital enquiries, property portals, channel partners, networking and other sources.
• Lead Follow-up: Regularly follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings to convert enquiries into sales.
• Customer Requirement Analysis: Understand customers' budget, location preference, property requirements, investment objectives and timelines.
• Property Presentation: Explain project details including location, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, possession schedule and other key features.
• Site Visits: Schedule and conduct property/site visits and provide professional guidance to prospective customers.
• Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiation: Handle customer objections and negotiate pricing/commercial terms within the company's approved guidelines.
• Booking & Documentation: Assist customers with booking forms, KYC, payment schedules, agreements and other required documentation.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, lead status and conversion reports to the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
• 15 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
• A successful candidate should be target-oriented, confident, presentable, persuasive and customer-focused, with strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities. Experience in the Mumbai real estate market
